Why Orgpuls

Continuous follow-up delivers results over time

A survey once a year tells you how people were doing in September. Orgpuls is built for what happens next: building on what works, giving every finding an owner, and seeing whether it worked. Here are the choices we have made, and why.

Positive focus

Start with what works

The summary first says what gives people energy, then what drains it. What is strong is what you build on — and it is easier to get people on board to improve something when they see that the good is noticed too.

The summary starts with what people enjoyEvery area gets a label — including “Good”, not just “Needs work”Comments with a positive tone are shown alongside the critical ones

Continuous follow-up

One survey is a snapshot. Four are a direction.

The main survey sets the baseline. Short pulses in between measure only what you are working on, so you see whether the curve turns while there is still time to adjust — not twelve months later.

The annual cycle sends out, reminds and notifies by itselfThe pulse asks only about the factors you have open measures onA factor drops out of the pulse when its measures are closed, so people are not asked the same thing forever

From finding to action

Every finding gets an owner and a deadline

A figure without an owner gets left lying. Every measure in Orgpuls is tied to a factor, has an owner and a deadline, and cannot be closed until the next survey has shown whether it worked.

Three suggestions per factor: workshop, routine or leadership practiceEach suggestion says which statement to measure againMeasures carry over into the report to management and the working environment committee (AMU)

Anonymity

Anonymity that cannot be switched off

No response is linked to a name, email or IP. A group is shown only once enough people have answered — and that applies to administrators too. The threshold is five responses and can be raised, but never lowered.

The research behind it

Questions with research behind them

The factors are based on QPS Nordic, the Nordic questionnaire for psychological and social factors at work. The wording is locked, so the figures can be compared from year to year.

Eleven factors, three statements each, scale 1–5Converted to an index of 0–100 to make it easy to readThe suggested measures build on established research into what works

The law covered

The law covered along the way — not on top

The Working Environment Act calls for surveying, risk assessment, plans and measures. Orgpuls is built around exactly that sequence, so the documentation takes shape while you work. If you'd rather not see sections of the Act, they can be switched off in the interface.

Against spreadsheets and large HR systems
