What about anonymity when we are few?
It is the first question in a small organisation, and it is the right one to ask. In Orgpuls no group is shown until at least five people have answered. If you are twelve, you see figures for the whole organisation, but not for a department of three. The limit lives in the database and cannot be lowered – not even by the managing director.
The answer is stored without name, e-mail address or IP address. There is no column that could link an answer to a person.

When people do not sit at a PC
The survey is sent by e-mail or SMS, and can also be shared as a link or a QR code in the break room. Everyone answers on their phone, in Norwegian. Employees can be pasted in from a spreadsheet – you do not need an HR system.
