When the channel decides the response rate

Where people work outdoors, the channel is the biggest single factor in the response rate. An SMS or a QR code in the site hut moves more than any wording in the invitation. Orgpuls sends one reminder to those who have not answered – from the system, not the manager – and nobody learns who is missing.

See the difference between site and workshop

With the Usual plan you see the result per department and team, so you see where workload, time pressure and speaking up differ. A department is shown once at least five have answered.

The example on the front page is Nordvik Anlegg AS, an imaginary company with departments on site, in the workshop and in administration. The departments with enough answers are shown there, while administration – five employees and three answers – only counts in the whole.
