Work environment mapping in health and care – where the emotional demands are greatest
In work with people the strain is often something other than workload alone. Orgpuls measures the emotional demands, whether anyone is left alone with them, and whether people have experienced violence or threats – anonymously, on mobile, across shifts.
From NOK 265/month excl. VAT · 15 days free · No card · Answers stored in the EUNo department is shown until at least five have answered.

What the law points to in work with people
What we ask about
Orgpuls measures eleven factors with three statements each. Some of them fit work with people particularly well (translated):
- «I am rarely left alone in emotionally demanding situations»
- «We talk about difficult incidents afterwards»
- «I am allowed to react as a human being at work»
- «I can call for help quickly if something happens while I am alone»
- «I get support from my manager when the job gets demanding»
When people work in shifts
The survey is sent by e-mail or SMS, or shared as a link and a QR code in the staff room. It stays open for several days, so every shift has time to answer. The main survey takes about four minutes, a pulse under a minute. One reminder goes to those who have not answered – from the system, not the manager.
Small units, the same anonymity
No group is shown until at least five have answered, and the limit cannot be lowered. If a department has too few answers, they still count in the organisation's figures. When a department could be worked out from the others, one more is held back.
