Annual cycle for work on the psychosocial work environment
The regulation says the survey must be repeated regularly and when things change, but not how often. The annual cycle is a filled-in example of a rhythm you can adapt: one main survey a year and short follow-up measurements where measures are running. In Norwegian.
The example in the template
- FebruaryMain mapping: the full question set
- MarchReview with employees, risk assessment and measures with an owner and a deadline
- MayFollow-up survey on the topics with open measures
- SeptemberFollow-up survey
- NovemberFollow-up survey and planning for next year
What the template contains
- Annual cycle: all twelve months, with the example filled in and room for owner, participants and legal basis
- When things change: changes that should trigger a new survey outside the cycle, such as a reorganisation or new management
