Information letter to employees and checklist before the survey
Two templates in one Word file: a letter telling employees what the survey is for, how it works and how anonymity is kept – and a checklist for those who plan it. In Norwegian.
What the letter tells employees
- why you are surveying, and that the law requires it to be done together with them
- how the survey works, and how long it takes
- how anonymity is kept, and that no results about individuals are shown
- that taking part is voluntary
- what happens to the answers, and who they can ask
The points follow what the QPSNordic user manual asks people to be told before a survey. Text in square brackets is filled in.
The checklist
The checklist reproduces «Viktige momenter ved kartlegginger» (key points for surveys) from the user manual – the things to weigh and the questions to settle – and adds what the Working Environment Act and the regulation require of the survey.
