What the regulation requires
«On the basis of the mapping, the employer shall assess the risk of harmful effects, both in the short and the long term. The risk assessment shall cover the individual factors separately, how they affect one another, and whether together they amount to a risk.»
The assessment is done in cooperation with employees and their representatives, repeated regularly and when things change, and documented. The template is made to show exactly that.
